We turn complex ideas into high-performance software. Cutting-edge technology for companies that aim for market leadership.
We developed and modernized strategic areas of Frontier Airlines' digital experience, supporting its digital transformation in multiple ways. We were responsible for both maintaining critical systems and building new consumer-facing features, especially in loyalty and seasonal passes.
Frontier Airlines needed to modernize its loyalty ecosystem (FrontierMiles) while simultaneously launching GoWild! — a new seasonal pass product offering unlimited travel within specific periods. Legacy systems couldn't support dynamic eligibility rules, real-time pricing, and miles accrual logic for both products at once.
300 Software designed and built a loyalty rules engine capable of managing multiple product types simultaneously. We built APIs to integrate with Frontier's booking and payment systems, ensuring both traditional FrontierMiles members and GoWild! pass holders received accurate, real-time benefit calculations.
I had the opportunity to work with both Guilherme and Mario as part of the same development team — together they were pillars. They consistently demonstrated technical competence, ownership, and accountability in delivering sprint commitments. As a team, they brought both technical depth and professionalism to the organization, and I would confidently recommend them for environments that value reliability, collaboration, and strong delivery outcomes.

Delivery was phased, enabling progressive rollout of new programs and features. This allowed the company to launch new commercial offers with agility and security, strengthening its value proposition to the end customer.
