RTT is one of the largest carriers in Brazil, with nationwide operations and a focus on complex logistics. We worked on developing a new digital platform to modernize its processes, integrate legacy systems and improve management of freight, routes and pickups.
The platform was designed to digitize and automate RTT's internal operations, including route control, ERP integration, freight creation and real-time management dashboards. We also improved the user experience for both operators and RTT clients.
RTT needed a centralized system to manage their logistics operations and real-time tracking. Existing manual processes resulted in delays, inconsistent data, and lack of visibility for customers and internal teams across the entire delivery chain.
300 Software developed a logistics management platform with real-time tracking, an operator dashboard, automated customer notifications, and performance reporting. The solution integrated with RTT's existing systems and was designed to scale with operational growth.
